Terms of Service

This site is run by OSS Tech LLC, which trades under the name Mangal Electronics. We're an independent shop selling printers and related gear to customers across the United States. We work on our own — we are not connected to, backed by, or acting on behalf of HP or any other maker. Every brand name and trademark stays with the company that owns it.

Orders can only be placed by people 18 or older. When you use this site, you're telling us that you're legally allowed to enter into an agreement that holds up.

Everything we sell depends on what's in stock. We may, when needed:

• Cap how many of an item you can buy
• Stop carrying a product
• Turn down or cancel an order if we have good reason

Treat the photos and write-ups for each product as a general guide. We work hard to keep them accurate, but we can't promise every detail is free of mistakes.

Unless we note otherwise, every price is shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Keep in mind that prices:

• Can be adjusted at any time without advance warning
• Won't always match the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP)
• May include a sale or a deal that only runs for a short window

If a price gets posted wrong because of a typo or a system slip, we're able to cancel any order placed at that wrong amount. We'll let the affected shopper know and send back every cent that was charged.

We handle orders through a secure checkout. When you place one, you're giving us permission to bill your chosen payment method for the full total, including any taxes and shipping that apply.

We may, when the situation calls for it:

• Decline or cancel an order
• Ask for extra verification before we ship

If an order looks fraudulent or tied to a payment that wasn't authorized, we can refuse it or cancel it. We might also ask you to confirm your identity before we move forward. When an order can't be confirmed, we may cancel it and return any charges to the card or account used.

Most orders are prepared and on their way within 1–2 business days.

Any delivery dates we share are rough estimates to help you plan — they aren't promises. After your order leaves us:

• We'll email you the tracking details
• The carrier takes over responsibility for getting it to you

Mangal Electronics can't be held responsible for hold-ups caused by carriers, weather, customs, or a shipping address that was entered incorrectly.

You have 30 days to send something back. For a return to qualify, the item should be:

• Never used
• Back in the packaging it came in
• Bundled with all of its accessories

Unless the item showed up defective or it wasn't what you ordered, the cost of shipping it back may fall to you. Once we've looked over the returned item, the refund goes to the payment method you originally used. A few items — opened electronics among them — may not qualify for a return. You'll find everything spelled out on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Many products come with a warranty from the maker, and that coverage follows the maker's own terms. Mangal Electronics doesn't carry out manufacturer warranty work ourselves. For any warranty claim, help, or repair, you'll need to go straight to the manufacturer. What's covered can change depending on the product, where you live, and whether it's been registered.

A number of the printers we carry are built for business, commercial, or professional settings. With this kind of equipment:

• Warranty terms can differ from one region to the next
• You may need to register it with the manufacturer
• Standard consumer-level support might not apply

Before you buy, it's on you to check the warranty and confirm compatibility directly with the manufacturer.

Every product name, trademark, logo, and brand we mention (HP® included) belongs to the company that owns it, and we use them only to point out the items we sell. Nothing here gives you permission to use any trademark or copyrighted material.

When you use this site, you promise not to:

• Put it to any unlawful use
• Try to tamper with or get around its security
• Copy, resell, or take advantage of any part of the site without our okay

If these Terms are broken, we can cut off access.

So far as the law allows, Mangal Electronics won't be on the hook for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that come out of using this site or the products bought through it. That covers things like:

• Lost profit, revenue, or data
• Delays, failed deliveries, or carrier mistakes
• Defects from the manufacturer or how a product performs
• Outages or errors on this site

Whatever happens, the most we'd ever owe you is the amount you paid for the particular product the claim is about.

By using this site or reaching out to us online, you're agreeing to hear from us electronically — order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and any notices we post here. You also accept that the agreements, notices, and messages we send you in digital form meet any legal rule that says such things have to be in writing.

These Terms are read and applied under the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, setting aside any conflict-of-law rules.

Mangal Electronics isn't responsible for delays or missed obligations brought on by things we can't reasonably control — among them natural disasters, transportation breakdowns, labor disputes, government actions, internet outages, or breaks in the supply chain.

We're able to revise these Terms whenever we need to, and any change is in force the moment it appears on this page. If you keep using the site after an update goes up, that means you accept the revised Terms.
